Not sure if a couple of these things fit here or not, but they're kind of ideas mixed in as a question:

1 - Is there a way to have the NPCs use any animations you have? Like if I installed or made a mod that added a bunch of actions and animations, would those NPCs use them automatically? If not, then how would you go about implementing it?

2 - I couldn't figure out about how to change eye colors or eye shapes (as in changing it in game between multiple eye shapes/colors), however I discovered eye contact mods (even one where it changes the 'eye' shape) (see 'reference 1'), so what if you had the texture of the base models have either 'generic' eyes or just no eyes at all; you could hypothetically have a custom made random list of these 'eye contacts' that would allow NPCs to spawn with random eye colors and shapes (particularly ones people make). See '3' for more details on the possible system.

However, you can do it without implementing said system by making a new NPC with different eye contacts, though it could get out of hand. For example, if I wanted 3 eye colors (blue, green, brown), and had 10 NPCs, I would have to remake each NPC to get a total of 30 NPCs in said faction (unfortunately I don't think I can copy and paste the NPCs, or I haven't figured it out yet at least), and that's *if* you only have one eye shape and only three eye colors. Also I don't know if 'eye contacts' would be considered make up or if they'd be considered inventory space (may make a concept/test mod for it), but if it's make up, a person would currently probably have to sacrifice one of the four make up slots to dedicate as eye contacts or make eye contacts for all four to be able to switch around the categories without giving up completely on one category of makeup. However it would be helpful to have a way to add a new makeup category for the 'eye color and shape'.

3 - Have a way to make a custom random list for what the NPCs could load in with, with perhaps a percent chance of it. For example Faction A could have two NPCs where one NPC could have a random chance of having gloves (50%) or no gloves (30%) and spawn with red cute 'eyes', while the other NPC could spawn with 60% gloves and 80% no gloves with green narrow 'eyes'. (These 'eyes' being eye contacts that act as actual eyes).
