Hey everyone, in case you like the convict scenario but are struggling with it, let me tell how can you make it easier.

There are multiple routes to escape the jail but the best one I've seen is through the roof.

When You exit your cell, don't go downstairs, there is a door in the catlwalk that leads to an easier path.
It's like this:
From your cell (2nd floor) go over to the other side catwalk. Keep going left until you find the door. You arrived at a corridor with a security door. After you open the door go straight to the first door on your (character) right side, ignore the water and the desk loot (AND THIS IS IMPORTANT) bc there are stairs inside this room. Just keep going straight until you see the metal door to the roof. After you enter the roof, you can drop down to the ground from the RIGHT SIDE only (don't drop inside the fence otherwise it will be hell 2). If you want to be extra sure where to drop, just look for the 2 big orange trashcans. Just follow the asphalt road and you will exit in the parking lot.

If you are sneaky enough the zombies will be busy with all the commotion coming from the inside and ignore you. Just steal a car and get out of there.

I tried every other route and this was the least "insane".
The other routes are:
(Brute force route. Insane) From ground floor, passing through the interrogation room, climbing over windows and other 4 doors until you get to the entrance.

(Brute force route. Insane) From ground floor, first door on the left, passing through the interrogation room, climbing over windows and other 4 doors until you get to the entrance and parking lot.

(Laundry duty route. Insane) From ground floor, keep going north from the bar door. (On you left you have a metal door, this is a storage room, if you loot you will just waste time so ignore it) On your right you will see though the windows plastic chairs and tables, ignore this room, keep going straight and keep going through the corridor, on the end of there will be a double door to the laundry room. On the right side as soon as you enter, there is a metal door to a small storage room AND a security door to the outside. Just go through it will also lead to the parking lot.

(Dyslexic roof route. A.K.A jumping from the left or inside the fence. INSANE *2) Same route as the best route but you jump wait too soon, still inside the fence or you jumped from the LEFT side. This will lead you to the room just after the interrogation room in the brute force route. OR if you jump from the left you will have cross the year to a single metal door. You will have 3 options. Left side will be swarming with zombies on a 1x1 corridor from block 2 cells. Straight ahead will also be swarming with zombies on a 1x1 corridor but it leads to the entrance. Right side is luck based. It's also a 1x1 corridor BUT there is another metal door that you can take to the same yard you would get if you jumped in the right side from the roof OR you can keep going straight to the annex, you will bypass the entrance hall and also have the changing rooms with police grade loot but usually this corridors are already filled with zombies to the point you can't run pass them. It's not 50/50. It's more like 10/90 chance of you becoming rat food.

Oh and also, the jail guards don't care the apocalypse started, they will kill the zombies AND you for trying to escape so don't get too close to them.
