What are the gadgets you were using?
Do you mean the moment you break the tile or the moment the tile is showed?
It should only cause issues on the assignments that appear in both mods (only 4 of them). If it really causes issues please let me know.
when i disabled more guild asignments the mod, it no longer crashed. (i was playing on the new gamemode both times.)
Oh, that explains it, the tiles are also common to both mods, so the game will at least do very weird stuff when showing some of the new tiles if both mods are installed.

Do you mean the vanilla achievements (bottom right room in the loadout) or the mod achievements (top right room in the loadout)?
The mod achivements, also the (vanilla) achivement for drillbert shows up as "achivement.drillbert_treats.title".
