When adding new states you've always got to make sure that the railways aren't disconnected, because that tends to happen when adding new states. I looked through the map and tried finding every single one.

1. North of Leningrad (Soviets)
2. South of Vinnytsia (Soviets)
3. South of Skopje (Yugoslavia)
4. North of Prishtina (Yugoslavia)
5. South of Trieste (Italy)
6. 2x Railways north of Venice (Italy)
7. South of Bern (Italian-Swiss Border)
8. Nancy (France)
9. South of Paris (France)
9. North of Luxembourg (German-Luxembourg border)
10. North of Magdeburg (Germany)
11. West of Berlin (Germany)
12. West of Brest-Litovsk (Poland)
13. Mecca (Saudi Arabia)
14. Khartoum (Sudan)
15. North of Seoul (Korea)
16. West of Tsingtao (China)
17. Unsure whether or not this is intentional, but there's no supply hub on Changde (China)
18. Same as above, Chongqing has no supply hub (Sichuan)
19. South of Punakha (Raj-Bhutan border)

On historical, I've found that china often loses the sino Japanese war very early on (like 1937-1938)

Not sure if it's a bug or a feature, but when italy demands dalmatia, it gets the state of dalmatia,it should either get just zadar, or zadar,dalmatia,L-Dalmatia and Rijeka.

When the US does the decision to occupy greenland after denmark capitulates, they only occupy the state greenland, and not inner greenland. (which is also a state that has no cores)
