Can you fix the issues with the states not transferring properly from focuses? I've ran the German Empire tree a few times and it ends up kinda messing up a lot by not giving the correct states and leaving little border gore pockets

land isnt with focuses that give you land. hungary was meant to anex all of slavakia instead the ussr took the new added states making hungry with chiken pox
