Is anyone else having issues with audio? Every time I load the E3 2003 stage there is no audio at all. In the menus when I boot the game up there is audio and when I go to the menu in the beginning cutscenes there is audio.

Theres no audio at the very begging when johnson is talking because they didnt have audio for him, at least i assume thats the case. the rest of the demo has audio

I watched the whole cutscene with SGT Johnson speaking and the following cutscene and there still is no audio. Then when I have control over Master Chief still nothing. Idk what it is. I tried unsubscribing to the mod and then subscribing again.

This is an odd one but can possibly be language related. I'd also say make sure you have all the Halo 2/Halo 2 Anniversary stuff installed.

I am playing in English. I am not sure if that makes a difference. I do not have the H2A multiplayer installed.

Sometimes the MCC mods can be finicky with incomplete installs i.e. having H1A SP but no MP. This still seems odd though since the dialog would be unique to the level. I'd say try installing the H2A mp too and see if that fixes it, if not then I'm a bit at a loss since the level doesn't require having stuff like the extended language pack installed.

Yeah this is an odd one. I'll ask around with the others to see if there are common fixes for this one but I'm not sure. Halo 2 Classic and CE Classic store all their sounds in the actual map file itself so if they aren't playing whatsoever this is either an insane performance issue or an issue with MCC itself that we as modders can't fix. I know some people with framerate issues on the Johnson opening get a desync with his audio.

He does have voice lines, if you don't hear any audio at the DIGSITE font fading out, then your headphones audio device is on default, and it should be whatever headset or other audio you are trying to listen on.

I tried to play the base H2A campaign and I realized that there is no audio there either. I am going to uninstall then reinstall and see if there was just a problem on my end. This has never happened before with MCC for me.

Can confirm this fixed the missing audio issue

yeah so my H2A campaign audio wont work either. I uninstalled the complete MCC software and reinstalled. Only audio in menus not in game.
