Troubles with the mod
Before to report an issue you should read this.

The rule to swap from one mod to another is the same, after you played a mod you'll need to shut down RON after playing it than restart RON and play the other mod.
This rule should be applied to saved games too (if they're played with a mod) even if it's the same mod, if you wanna play a new match you should restart the game.
This because RON doesn't restore to the default settings how it's supposed to do.

Check if the mod priority is set below other mods, go to Tools and Extras => Steam Workshop, select the 1939-1945 Second Great War 1.4 mod from the list and move it to the top of the list by pressing "priority up".
You can use the same screen to low its priority when you're not playing it.

If this is not helping while you play the mod it can be a bug, but to find and (hopefully) fix it we need to know how you play the mod (countries, map, rules etc.) and if you noticed it's always happening while you select an unit or building or some other specific action.

how do i get the mod to start?

***How to Load and Play the Mod:***
^ Start RoN:select a Quick Game
^ When you see the Game Rules, select "Custom".
^ Look at the custom options and find the tab that says, "Game Mods".
^ Load the "1939-1945 Second Great War 1.4" mod by just clicking on it.
^ Select the other rules you want and start your match.

I was playing Germans against the computer the other day, and one of the early armored vehicles would come out of the factory halfway stuck underground, could still move and all just looked weird. other vehicles came out fine. the rest of the mod was good.

Hi Capt. Ben Willard,
we don't know what's wrong with the Panzer I and M1 combat car model (we used the same model for both units), anyway in the next patch we'll change it.
Hopefully you don't have to wait a long time for it ;)

Is it normal that I can't research more than 2 squares of each line in library? Except civic research. How does one get to next years and new units?

It's made on purpose, just civic research are free all the other ones are linked to the year.
To get new technologies you have to reach the next year first.

what kind of error message do you get?
To recreate your game and see the bug we need to know your settings: selected nations/tribes, map, starting age and if you're using standard or custom settings.

I play scenario with all the computers on toughest and i play as the Russians i dont play custom, I just plug in the scenario and the game mod thats it. It crashes after it says loading loading.

maybe the trouble is the scenario.

The "Crimean Campaign" and "Operation Overlord" need to be updated to can be playable with 1.65 mod version.

If you're subscribed you've just to wait the author update the item.
After it you'll download the update automatically the next time you log in.

Do i have to use one of the scenairo for the mod to use it, because i tried starting up a 1v1 custom game with no scenairo and i get the same error message that I Cant Breathe recieves. Its the unkown key error message with Tax of Type: Tech; File Text:<Left, Random, Random, Random, Random, Down>

I am having the same error message/problem as I Cant Breath except I dont have a scenario plugged in. Just the mod but I do change the settings for the game, I change the victory conditions, ect. So I am not sure what to do.
