To anyone looking for this mod, you can find it elsewhere, updated and working (for me at least). Just search on google. Put the mod name in and add 1.7d to your query. In the end, it has its own installer. Just unsub this one and install 1.7d. I'm just glad I can playing RoN again. This mod has always kept me interested.

@Golkarath I think it's just that the developer just quitted which was a stupid decision and now the mod is left out of getting any sort update at all. Just don't download this abomination.

The rule to swap from one mod to another is the same, after you played a mod you'll need to shut down RON after playing it than restart RON and play the other mod.
This rule should be applied to saved games too (if they're played with a mod) even if it's the same mod, if you wanna play a new match you should restart the game.
This because RON doesn't restore to the default settings how it's supposed to do.

Check if the mod priority is set below other mods, go to Tools and Extras => Steam Workshop, select the 1939-1945 Second Great War 1.4 mod from the list and move it to the top of the list by pressing "priority up".
You can use the same screen to low its priority when you're not playing it.

@EpicTortoise i am sorry to hear about the devs not replying, the only thing i could think of is to wait till the next update, either that or bug the living ♥♥♥♥ out of them by attempting to add them as a friend, either way you could choose those 2 options, don't know what you'd think.

Doesn't work for me crashes on quick game start.

I don't know if someone is still checking on the mod, but the AI seems to be incredibly fond to spam minefield. They're OP as they kinda works as bullet sponges that must be dealt with first before you can destroy the enemy city, and keeping the AA guns safe at a distance from most units.

game is slower than usual, crash a lot of times aswell

If anyone still works at improoving the mod, I spoted a typo for the Romanian cities that randomly get selected as cities are built. Instead of TARJU JIU is TARGU JIU ( G instead of J to correct). :D

Are the passives changed? And is there a full unit list per nation?

i quit the game i can not win even in easy difficulty no chance no fun.

I have to say it is the best mod for the game. I play with germany and in my opinion you have done a really good work with the models and the improved stats stats and fighting range. It feels more realistic and historical authentic and looks way better than the vanilla game or any mod i have played so far .I whish i could play with a bigger map than 140 so i can put all nations to the game and have a lot of space for real big strategy. but if i change to greater value i can not send the units to the sout west corner of the map. so iplay with the main nations Germany ,French ,Great Biritain, and Russia. But i really like the mod. It works perfectly in all aspects.

Troops move too slow. Defensive buildings kill units too fast. Units take long time to create. Overall game is too slow and attacking is too expensive and not effective.

All nations are playable, I just tested

hey is there B-17s? if not that would be a good update, also i agree with Dominique901 in the fact that, with your awesome modding skills you could make a WW1 mod that it's awesomeness would be known for years.
