If you want to, I can write a few lines for each resolution and their effects.
Shared Spaces:
- Reduces border friction by (-x%), reduces monthly influence per shared border
Territorial Rights
- Empires with systems claimed by other empires gain the 'Revoke Claims' Casus Belli, removes all claims by opposing empire and +50% claim influence cost for 10 years
Freedom of Navigation
- Closing borders to GalCom members is banned; reduces Xenophobic ethics attraction
Rapid Response
- Faster ship speed through GalCom space; even faster during crisis; increased military ship upkeep
A Common Future
- Improved commercial, migration, and research pact efficiencies for every empire with opened borders; up to 5% increased energy, food, and consumer goods upkeep
I am not quite sure what you mean by some of these, so that would be much appreciated. Having a community capital sounds cool though. Also, I assume these resolutions would function much the same as the pre-ftl resolutions? (As in, only one of them can be active at the same time)
A non-economic version of Coordinated Infrastructure Development? Could definitely work, although it would need some amount of changes to make them distinct.
And thanks to both of you! Its always great to see people come with their own ideas!
just so you know, you wrote your response in the same block the quote of your reply is in lol
