I saw someone doing a compat for Aegis on the Aegis Discord, so I'll probably leave it to them.
I can totally do Special Stealth Uniforms though!

Actually, the guy is also including RF and WS in their Aegis compat mod, so that should be sorted on their end too.

Good idea, I'll finish it up tomorrow. Decided to also throw in support for IHWCU 2035 cause Jamie makes some awesome gear.

Mostly hoping for like, a section dedicated to it on the right hand sidebar

Hi, Arsenal Extended only works for gear and weapons, don't think I can do anything about inventory items. I wouldn't know how to make a new Arsenal section anyhow.

Hi, I'll put these into consideration but no promises, mods like 3CB and Community Factions Project have way too much content for me to not get burned out on.

TAC VESTS is already included, and a compat for DHI can be found here.
