If you don't use CUP Weapons or anything else CUP, and if using the Zeus Enhanced's faction restriction to drop the unneeded factions from Zeus recovers some of the performance drop caused by the unreasonably massive listing (I haven't tested yet), then sure, but myself, 3CB Factions is of no use so far.

@spicy: I am busy putting finishing touches and bug fixes to the next update. It will include 4 new factions, a number of vehicles, and new weapons.

This mod is worth the 21 GB download guys. I hope they will update it by adding more factions and vehicles in the future. 10/10 mod.

There hasn't been an update to either this or any RHS mod in a long time, so that sounds like the mod has become corrupted on your machine. You can try running the game verification from the game properties, or unsub -> wait -> resub the mod. The corruption probly spread to other things on the drive too, so this might be only the beginning.

It crashes everytime i launch arma, but without 3cb factions mod i can launch all the RHS mods?
