Error activating the following mods together: MOD: Occupations Expertises & Balance
MOD: Jay's More Vanilla Building
MOD: Lockpicking. Just. Lockpicking.

I'll pass on to you what I get in the Error Magnifier.

Your mod seems to be incompatible with mods that add traits by default to a profession. (Although I don't understand why it gives an error with Jay's More Vanilla Building) Good luck fixing these problems, if there is no solution, I recommend adding them to incompatible mods but until I have an answer from you. I will not start a run with your mod (Although your mod looks very interesting but I like to test the new mods with other mods so I know which ones are incompatible and then I can help you with that.)
