How do you get a psionic class?
In the mod description it says they can appear on squaddies but I haven't seen any so far

The Psionic class in this modlist is actually disabled for normal XCOM soldiers. It is used as the reward class for capturing psi operative units from MOCX (EXALT).

You can get PSI AMP soldiers by training them in the PSI LAB facility thing. All classes can be trained there. The abilities you can use are from those Gems that usually only Templars use.
