If you're starting fresh, you can just hit CTRL+A while in the Mods tab in AML, and then right-click one of the mods and click "Enable". That should activate all of them.
If you DID have old mods installed, you'll want to load the AML profile included in the S9 Tweaks mod: Right-click the mod in Steam, click Show in Explorer, copy the desired profile (files with names starting with "odd s9") somewhere where you can easily get to it, and then, in AML, go to Profiles > Load and select the file.
You should end up with about 545 mods active. (assuming you're using the S9 Cosmetics collection as well)
