Windrunner - Bondmate: Shackleshot has extended search range, and can now target trees, and pull targets together. These heroes are tough to come up with any facet since their abilities are tied to their facet, so maybe the ult is og ult?
Jakiro - Ice Skate: Ice Path no longer stuns but slows enemies, or makes thems slides uncontrollably and leashed, and speeds up allies.
Razor: Short Circuit: Deals increased attack damage the closer you are to the target, melee attack within x range. Your attacks can now proc Storm Surge, with increased chance at melee range.
Tusk - Snowball Fight: During Snowball, continuously throws snowball projectiles at a random nearby enemy. Upon breaking, all allies are thrown in the direction of their chosen or away from Tusk if none are selected. Snowball speed and projectile interval are reduced with more allies, but no longer increases stun.
Pudge - Ravenous: Dying units leave corpses (is it still a mechanic?) and Pudge can collect them to empower his next attack per corpse.
Storm Spirit - Static Charge: Overload no longer deals damage on hit, instead inflicts a stacking debuff that reduces hit target magic resist and explodes on expiration, dealing damage per stack and slow/stun based on how many stacks detonated.
Mars - Shield Mastery: Spear no longer stuns. Rebuke has increased range and now destroys all hit enemy projectiles. Bulwark, while toggled on, has a chance to deflect projectiles to a random nearby enemy with reduced damage.
Kunkka - Whirlpool: Torrent no longer knocks up; instead, it has a larger aoe and slowly pulls enemies towards its center. Reduces Torrent delay.
Treant Protector - Taking Root: Standing still while having Nature's Guise active gradually increases aoe, healing bonus, and status resist.
Terrorblade - Your Worst Enemy: Reflection is now single target, creating an immobile uncontrollable illusion of targeted enemy hero that applies all negative status on itself to the reflected hero. The illusion can be targeted by both teams.
Pangolier - Hero Spotlight: Improves innate and status resistance (mechanically same as Mars innate but only to self) for the difference between enemy and allied heroes, excluding self.
Winter Wyvern - Frigid Onslaught: Winter's Curse now ground target, inflicting madness to foes and forcing them to indiscriminately attack nearby units (allied or not) at increased attack speed.
Abaddon - Miasmal: Attacking on target inflicted with Curse of Avernus gradually stacks reduced accuracy, cast/attack range.
Riki - Chiropractor: Backstabs also reduces target's attack and turn speed.
Juggernaut - Perfect Parry: Attacks right before an enemy hero lands an attack will reduce the damage you take from that attack and your attack pierces some armor. This effect has a cooldown.
Phantom Assasin - Coup de Graceful: Dodging hero attacks increases your chance-based effects on them, and reduces their chance-based effect on you (excluding evasion).
Dazzle - Duality: Casting abilities reduces item cooldowns and vice versa. Slightly increase his base ability cooldowns and Bad Juju cost more health.
Ogre Magi - Ill Luck: Basic attacks and spells reduces the target's chance-based effects.
Lich - Numbed One: Death Charge (innate) has reduced aoe but also increases his next single targeted spells (like Phylactery but includes items) damage, up to a limit.
Omniknight - Zealous: has increased spell cooldown acceleration the lower your health.

Monkey King - Monkey Business: Disguise cooldown is reduced and during Disguise, you become unselectable while standing still for x seconds and no enemy heroes with x radius. Disguise grants a movement speed bonus that lingers after being revealed.
Arc Warden - Impending Harmony: Each tower destroyed grants extra spell CDR. While in the vicinity of the enemy Ancient, grants extra attack damage and accelerates item cooldowns.
Necrophos - Death Cycle: Kills during Ghost Shroud reduce Reaper's Scythe cooldown but Ghost Shroud no longer slows.
Shadow Demon - Seed of Evil: Whenever you dispel debuff/buff from heroes, deals damage if enemy hero or heals if allied hero.
Slardar - Treasure of the Deep: Any unit dies in water around you drops a treasure that grants gold on pickup.
Naga Siren - Alluring: Song now slowly pulls affected enemy towards her but now requires chanelling.
Phantom Lancer - Confounding: Illusion slows nearby enemies on expiration or death.
Pugna - Netherly: Gain spell amp and magic resist for each Ethereal unit around you, including self.
Dark Seer - Iron Shell: Ion Shell now also grants a regenerating magic shield but is dispelled if the shield is destroyed.
Dark Seer - Speed is War: Gain increased evasion based of the difference of movement speed between yourself and the attacker.
Alchemist - Gold Rush: Greevil's Greed no longer has Bounty Rune multiplier, but grants a random permanent buff.
Axe - Lumberj-axe: Axe can now normal attack trees and destroys them in x hits, Counter Helix destroys them instantly but capped at x trees per spin, toggle the spell to turn off/on chopping spin. Each tree destroyed grants him spell amp.
