Much better than Vanilla "Light 2"
But how difficult would adding color be? even standard 4-bit color (0-15) through a data channel would be more then enough to have usable feedback and make a richer 'control panel'. Cheers

I'd like to make it tintable with the paint roller. It'll require a bit more research though.
If I can't get that to work I'll probably make a classic 16 colour selection with the right click wheel, but that will require a fair bit of work to generate all the impostors and buildable object templates.

Even tintable would be a brilliant start. Heck, I'd even settle for having 16 (or fewer) unique buildables, each of fixed color. I have no idea how complicated any of this is to implement, but greatly appreciate the efforts for QoL :praisesun:

Using the data for colours turned out to not be possible at the moment. Making it tintable was possible either. I did add 14 new colours though.
