suggestion
so when npcs are down, the enemy or evil npcs will think hes dead or some sort, but when he starts crawling they will shoot at the crawling npc until hes dead, they might shot a couple of times just to verify, i think this could be really good and add more realism to it.

i think this has happened to me lmao, whenever i die the npcs keep shooting at my ragdoll until it stops moving, its noticeable if you set the reagdoll health to something higher, so it animates a little longer, or set the AI in this addon to have higher health so they survive them gunshots

I got two sugges. firstly, after self reviving in third person, it will transition to first person instead of snapping to first person view. another is that you and npcs cant crawl if on a slope only on flat ground

Maybe if in combat. A Zombie can revive their enemy while their comrades are fighting.

suggestion: be able to control yourself crawling around. the space bar could be the respawn button. because why would you be able to jump?

Can you change the radgoll to take the colour set in the Character Menu?
Can you add decordicate posturing to npc's for when they get hit in the head, and decerebrate posturing for when they get hit in the back of the head?

I have my own recommendation. Maybe when there are more dying members of the faction than combat capable, they favor shooting the enemy over reviving? As-is, it makes fights pretty trivial because the NPCs keep trying to revive their comrades while in my Line of Sight without any cover fire.

There should be an option to have a 100% chance of writhing when npc's die to fire or fire based weapons, there should also definitely be a twitch intensity slider or a way to entirely disable it as I've seen it to be too intense most of the time, often seeming more as if they're being electrocuted rather than just twitching from death.
