^ This line should be removed, otherwise only a subject country can demand its subject to change culture.

Thank you, this is what I get for modding at 1am in the morning lol -_-

This has been replaced with alternative logic derived from the power bloc interaction.

All the other edits have been fixed now.

I had to build the whole "requirement to maintain" set of things from scratch because the original mod it came from was using deprecated/non-functional methods.
