For some reason, this mod causes the guards that normally spawn on citie gates (and would open the doors) to spawn with their ai disabled and all bunched up. This also happens with the scraphouse guards. i check all my mods and landed on this one being the culprit. disabling this mod fixed it

Hi Rachel, I've just checked the mod to see if there was a mistake regarding guards and their AI, and there is nothing in my mod that could cause this issue.
My only additions are adding a 'dialogue when captured' and I do not alter the AI packages, or anything else that could change behavior outside of captured dialogue.

I can only guess that you have another mod altering this, and maybe some weird conflict. Though, nothing should conflict with my mod except another recruit prisoner mod.
I recommend testing again. Plenty of times in the past I've been mistaken on the mod causing a conflict because troubleshooting can be tricky and convoluted. I hope you solve it, or just enjoy the game however you play.

Thanks for looking. I checked it too and indeed it has nothing. Its weird because it seems to happen in one save but if i start a new save it doesnt happen. I been trying to debug this for a while

Yep. no changes. It got fixed after i disabled this mod.

I paid to add one of the sand ninjas to the team. However, the character editing screen came without any UI, it only had a background. And the sand ninja's conversation box where he said "reach out your hand" etc. was still there. I could neither press nor do anything. Import did not solve it either.

Now I saw a guy in the comments who had the same problem. It doesn't seem to be related to the dialogue expansion and dialogue plus mods. Also, when I change your mod to the original Recruit mod and everything else remains the same, the problem doesn't occur.

Its because you're using the old RecruitPrisoners mod at the same time. Both mods can't be used together

I've recruited a Southern Hiver Soldier drone with this mod, they requested 35000 cats but I only had ~2000, it still let me accept and no money came out of my wallet. I've reimported in the past multiple times since before this encounter.

Edit: I also have ReKenshi installed

gotcha, not a conflict., that one missed a condition to require >playermoney. I'll fix it in the next update.

I am also noticing the guards clump up and not open gates properly, hopefully my mod list can help narrow down some kind of conflict.

Edit: Should also note I also added it to an existing game, have not tested on a new save.

Ok, so I took a deeper deeper look into this clumping issue, ..and I finally found something, fortuitously.

It seems that at some point, I had this mod open in conjunction with GenMod, and somehow some AI packages got deleted from this mod because GenMod had them deleted. It must have been from a mistake in a merge or cleanup or errorfix type situation because I know I didn't do this intentionally.

Anyway, I was able to revert those changes to default. So that should fix this issue. !! :D

Might require an Import, otherwise maybe a few days away from the area should fix it.

Ok now I've captured a Weak Thrall and did the thing to recruit it, it offered different modes where I could bribe it or repair it with a cpu.

I selected cpu without having any, then it gave me a cpu? Then he was recruited.

Yea, that one unfortunately doesn't work how I want it to. (long story short) At first, it worked with you giving him the cpu, but after recruiting the thrall, the cpu would be in its inventory. (there's no way to make it disappear)
I'm glad you brought it back up. I'll have to change it to also charge cats, and put the 'giveitem' back on the right dialogue.

Fixed and added more recruit options to Thralls/Broken Skeletons. Now 'Slave' and 'Sentry' mode can recruit.
