I swear to god that for some reason before this last update me and a friend DID played the first level of the campaign with this mod enabled. Except that instead of being marines we had a 3rd person perspective of our spartans.
But for some reason we can´t do it anymore, we´ve tried to do it again and the game doesn´t want to recognize the mod anymore. Maybe because of this last update, or maybe it was a bug that got fixed or something.
And no, it wasn´t a different mod, because we only had this one installed.

So please make it happen!.

I removed the two campaign maps from the mod because the maps were outdated and I didn't want to recompile them all yet. I'll probably make them a separate mod or maybe I will do all the levels and include them here.

I'd love that! The mechanics and changes you bring to this would be amazing in the campaign. Personally I say make it a separate mod, as to be more appealing to those with smaller storage spaces and slower internet. I'd love to play it with my friend group but 2 of them often have file size issues.

If you aren't interested in editing the campaign anymore, then would you be down to release the mod files of the two altered missions so that others can use them? I played those missions back when you had them in the mod and they were so fun.

I am probably super late to this but how does the mod work because it just throws me into the game with a third person perspective of my spartan and not a marine? or is the campaign intended for a spartan playthrough? I am new to the whole modding of halo through the workshop
