thats a cool idea, but would require adding a lot of new items for each disease. I stated in FAQ that I want to avoid it. My mod features a build in integration like you described with Vanilla Genetics Expanded, but again it doesn't add a new category of items, because sampling greater scaria yields regular scaria samples
