Bug Report: Sorter moves 0 of an item
The sorter is moving 0 of several items when it runs. I loaded up my world with sorting off, turned on sorting debug, and ran two manual sorts. Here is my http://pastebin.com/crtczXhp. Lines 58-61 show the exact bug I'm finding, with the sorter queuing up movement of 0 items.

In particular, I'm trying to get the sorter to pull specific ores into my refineries. The ores that are not moving are currently Stone, Iron, Nickel, Cobalt, and Silver. I don't have any Magnesium, Silicon, or Gold to see if those are working. Uranium and Platinum are working just fine, however.

I double checked all ownership (including hidden objects) on all attached grids, and it all belongs to me. All of the blocks are on and the station has plenty of power. All of the refineries have "Use Conveyor System" turned off. All of the refineries are empty, except for the two which are working properly.

This is interesting, and may explain some things. Can you publish your world for me? Something in there is really odd, and I want to be sure I have the same collection of mods you have.

While I was working on putting all that together, it magically fixed itself when I manually moved ore into the refineries after completely restarting the game. They immediately began taking the ore they were supposed to. So frustrating @_@
