How to slow down how fast player level up?
I really enjoy RE2 in singleplayer and now we like to try coop. We are used to playing games like 7 days to die with mods that make the start and early game a long and hard struggle, where we are in this constant state of lacking everything we need from weapons to ammo to food to base and vehicles, and slowly getting a head.

I have tried to find a quick way to slow down progression and so far I have found that I can tweak recipes and increase unlock cost of tech's. Anyway this is not quick and easy and need a lot of balancing, so I wonder if anyone know how to slow down how fast player level up, that would make it much easier and easier to balance.

Is there a exp level requirement that can be edited?
Or is there a quick way to reduce exp income?

No quick way to do it. You'd have to edit the individual block and entity configs to reduce how much xp you get for killing or harvesting things, but there's still hard coded xp gains such as discovering POIs you couldn't change.

The only thing you can do is set the progression speed to slow in your difficulty settings.

Thanks for replying, that's what I feared, I have been searching all files with no luck.
About reducing xp from killing and harvesting, what files is that in and what do I search for?
I found XpFactor in BlocksConfig, EClassConfig and ItemsConfig, is it this?

Yep that's the one. Well there shouldn't be anything like that in ItemsConfig.
