Suggestion: Navigational Data improves Teleport Range
I have the following suggestion:
- Navigational Data should also upgrade the TP distance of Base Teleporters.

Not possible. You could post a suggestion to the game devs to add the ability to upgrade the teleporter range via player skills though. It's not something that can be done in a scenario.
