Specialized Crew question
I've read online about crews that add bonuses to your ship. A discussion on Reddit says to go to a settlement trader for a quest however nothing is coming up. Are crews still a thing in the current build? The decorative crews don't give any bonuses either right?

Dedicated crew are still a thing. They can be obtained via quests at Polaris Arcologies (complete the quest chain), Pax Purgatory bars in trading stations, 1 in X chance, so not guaranteed to get one, and at colonist settlements (again complete the quest chain). I think there are others but those are the main ones. The crew you can buy, or get as loot are just decorative, and give no bonuses.

(Cannot remember if it's 1 in 4 or 1 in 3 chance for the bars.....)

I have got mine from bars i think when you do a job it will give you the option "do you have anything for me" and a member can join or a special weapon
