Implants and 1.22.2
After the recent 1.22.2 update, the implants consumed are lost upon relogging back in. All the benefits from the player benefits from the implant are reset to base levels

I have noticed that this is an issue for RE1 and RE2 servers.

Has anybody seen this happening on base game, or is it only a server or/both RE1/RE2 matter?

Please report issues on the RE2 GitHub. This also lets others more easily search for it if they are having the same problem.
