problem with keycard
Hello - I found different keycards - military, exploration, scientific, standard - I don't know how and where to use them - can anyone help?

They're used to access communication satellites by bypassing the hacking minigame.
Some traders might request them as a fetch quest.

in the description of these keycards it says that they are one time usable acsses key for downloading reports or unlocking devices, sorry for my english

The Hacking Software just makes hacking easier. With the Key Card there is no hacking. It gives you full access. It's like the difference between a set of lock picks and the actual key.
