Ok, i understand. As it is written are they part of All Poi's?. (Enemies,Ores,Abandoned?.). if they are not part of them can only non faction POI regenerate?. If such option does not exist that means i am depleting my location. I want to build base where i can be self sufficient . Wonder if it isn't why are dev's not making them separate?.

Another question if i depleted the planet i heard meteorites are free fall but in random order location?. meaning infinite?.

second question in PDA it says miners do not deplete ore deposit, does that mean planets or asteriods?.

I do not want zirax to populate my system again, i had too much trouble annihilating bases. do not want them to return with POI regen if all are connected to single regen.

As far as I know, all POIs regenerate IF you are on multiplayer and it it set to regen. The idea is so new players get a chance to play on the planet with everything there. That is only multiplayer.

When you mine out ground resources at a certain point the meteors come and as far as I know, they keep coming.

The miners will not deplete the ground ore, if set not to do it.

Since regen does not happen in sp, then zirax will not regen.

Most people move around and just mine the asteroids that they find. I usually build a space base deep in space somewhere and use that as my main home base. If I need ores of some type I go off to other star systems to mine them. Most resources I never mine because I raid zirax, pirates and, abandoned pois, and loot lots of materials.

Only things i generally mine asteroids for are gold, platinum, titanium (i go through a lot), Z, and E. Everything else I get in loot. Tungsten is the only thing I mine on planets.

Default vanilla single player does deplete stuff. You can still build your base, you just need a cargo transport to bring in materials for processing, from other planets and systems. But I think that adds interesting things to do, anyway. 8-)

Thank you all for info, how ever i know most of it, problem is it is not convincing that resources are tied with NPC spawns, when in fact this game is about going and beyond for resources, plus why is in new starter or new systems that are less evolved in galaxy populated with different factions?. i started Purgatory hard quest on un claimed star system that are suppose to be younger systems then most with scarce resources. yet claimed by faction most of them. if rare resources were being competed with faction for claim, yes presence makes sense, yet they all are already occupied on every system i visited?. and most systems are labeled "Undiscovered".
