Using Bookmarks for travel
I saw something when i first started playing about using bookmarks, but i disregarded it at the time. now that i'm ready to use them though i can't seem to find any info about them. i've tried looking through the PDA but didn't see it in there. could someone explain how to use them, or if they are in the PDA cay someone tell me where to find the info and i'll go read it myself.

If you point at a bookmark with your ship you can warp to it by just looking at it and hitting your warp key. But that of course only works for bookmarks in other sectors/systems that are shown on your HUD.

how do i set a bookmark? i don't see an option for it anywhere

nevermind, figured it out. i put a waypoint on the planet i wanted and was able to target that waypoint to get back.

Thanks for the help, really enjoying RE2 so far

Placing markers on stars that have things you're interested in can also help in navigation, even if you don't show them on your hud. It makes it much easier to find things that are close to you.
