Questions about where to edit values
So i know there has been some debate bath and forth about changes and what some people like and what some people dont like ect ect ect.

Im not looking to say who is right and who is wrong on their opinions, visions, and idea of how the game should or should not play, i just want to know the following.

Could someone tell me where to edit values for things such as:
Damage passing through shields
Admin cores
CPU values
Block limits on building
Look drop chances

Things along those lines. Im not asking anyone to change them, im asking how and where can i change these to what i personally would like to see.

For shield petetration you must change values ShieldDamagePenFac and BlastShieldDamagePenFac

Wish there was a global switch ingame for such things, cant get that repair after each battle mechanic personally.

I stopped editing a few weeks back, the changes that are made with each new version can require more time than I'm willing to commit while RE2 remains in beta. So ...
Admin Cores and CPU - in blocksconfig.ecf look for CPUExtender
Block limits - BlockGroupsConfig.ecf look for MaxCount to change group counts or
Block Limits - BlocksConfig.ecf look for MaxCount to change max number of wpns or parts.
Loot drops - are a combination of LootGroups.ecf and Containers.ecf You'll want to look really hard at those to understand how and where different items spawn as loot. I'm still struggling to get some of the ores and ingots to spawn as I would like.

Very Important. Keep so kind of record of the changes you make. Each update of the scenario will overwrite your changes. When an update comes out, you'll have to decide to play without your changes or reapply your changes. Good Luck and have fun!

Just seems to be a lot of weird changes between 1 and 2 that dont seem like a lot of people want or like them, at least not with out the ability to easily modify them. Which is a shame. To a degree i almost say RE1 is better if you dont like these changes. Which some of them are quite a bit change, like shield pen weapons.

this both values i changed but nothing good happens with editoring....

Could somebody help pls?

It is possible to make value to "0"?

Oh, it was a long time ago. Yes, sure, it was possible to disable shield penetration at all
The problem is, as it was mentioned above, with enery new update you must edit all values again. Its a pain =)
