That is caused by "Thorium + Calamity convergence mod" not mine. This mod does not change the progression of boots.

Made a fix for it, even though it is not my bug.

it's a combination of the Ragnarok and thorium + calamity convergence mod that's causing the problem, the convergence mod makes angel treads post-plant and makes the particle sprinters upgrade into seraph tracers, and ragnarok makes the particle sprinters immediately upgrade to angel treads, for whatever reason

exhume the calamitas clone scythe drop, it's not a recipe, speaking of exhumed weapons, they should have shimmer recipes to revert the process, base calamity does it, so it's more of a parity thing
