Short answer: No but these changes can be ported over by other mods.
Long answer:
Not anytime soon. Upgrading REPENTOGON to a new version of Isaac is an extremely time consuming process for a variety of reasons, even if updates might seem small in terms of content added. Furthermore, Repentance+ as a DLC is being continuously updated, which is why we chose to settle on a specific version instead of playing an endless cat and mouse game with chasing for updates. It would be better for us to settle on a version and focus on actually ironing out REPENTOGON and working on cool new features for modding instead of being stuck in perpetual port hell (which has caused a lot of burnout lol).
HOWEVER, it's definitely possible for these changes to be downported. One of our additions we added to REPENTOGON is the ability to rework trinkets and collectibles without doing extremely hacky workarounds like removing the vanilla trinket/collectible and replacing it with your own, which is prone to tons of mod issues.
So yeah generally speaking, it'll be better for future updates to have their balance changes ported over, and it'd only be worth actually porting REPENTOGON to a new version of the game if it adds something significant that wouldn't be feasible to downport, or Nicalis adds debug symbols to the game so porting over REPENTOGON to a new version won't take months of effort.
