Defib_Survivors (default is 1)//whether allow defibbing alive survivors, 1 means yes
Damage (default is 1000)//The amount of damage the defib will do
SlowDelay (default is 0.3) //the time it takes for the stun to happen
HurtDelay (default is 0.7) //time time it takes for the defib to deal damager
SpeakLines (default is 1) //whether to speak voice lines when using the defib, 1 means yes
