the description of the tactical cloak claims it can use low level active camouflage, but i dont see any ability when its equipped, and the item itself doesnt list any stealth related properties in its stats.

was this just flavor text? i was expecting to be able to cloak myself/turn invisible, but it seems like it just gives some psycaster stats?
