so far i learned you can make "Recover Transmitters" at some machining and crafting benches, Like i said Encrypted Transmitters summon the Sergeants, Decoy antennas summon Geochelones, Tarbosaurus Summoned by a Decoy Radar, Battle-walker IDK yet,but the BR-6 "Krepost" is the Ancient Decoy Antenna

Mod basically works similar to biotech, you gotta progress the research if i remember, but first bunch dont have a requirement so their unlocked. just look into what the research projects add
