Recruitment?
So I started on the little custom start this mod provides, and i realized something: how do i ""recruit"" someone into the ""army"", as it were? Moreover how does one *get* recruited exactly?

Late reply but you gain titles by giving mech parts, gold or prisoners/slaves to the "Recruitment Caravans" when they visit you. It doesn't happen often though. In my current run I've had them visit me two times over the span of six years.
