Hello, I'm not sure why the game is playing up for me but when I open the drawers in the house, the items are all over the place and some of the key items are missing. They are not located where the walkthrough says they are, and I also watched an online walkthrough and everything in the drawers are neat, whereas mine looks like the house has gone through a hurricane?

I’m sorry you’re experiencing that! Have you tried restarting the level? I know sometimes when a room starts the physics can mess stuff up and the items may not load properly :(

I will look into the issue and see if there’s anything I can do to help fix it.

I have the same issue as chloee. :( There is no lighter in the kitchen drawers, the ingredients are missing/not there, except for brown sugar. Restarted it 6 times but the same issues remain.

I love the winter wonderland and want to complete the snowman and cook dinner. :D

I'm sorry :( .. I'm unable to recreate the issue myself but I'm going to try to see if there's anything I can do to fix it when I have a chance!

On the third time trying it for me, it worked properly! I did exit Escape Simulator altogether and re-launched the game so I'm not sure if that's what did it. Hint for future players: you know it's working when in the first room the items are on the shelf, not just strewn about the room. The game is much easier when items are where they are supposed to be :P

:( I've been trying to work on a fix for this. If someone could catch this issue on video that would be very helpful since I haven't been able to recreate it myself.

same issue with chloe. a temporary fix could be allowing access to the currently fenced off area in the back yard. my cooked turkey is stuck outside the wall and i cant reach

Tried to play it and restarted the level several times the key items are just falling through the their containment. Kitchen maze puzzle drawer the items are falling through underneath the cabinet as soon as the puzzle is complete.
Also if there is supposed to be something in the shed there's nothing when opening it.
Hope this get's resolved I really was enjoying it.

Thank you for posting pics! I updated the room today with some changes that will hopefully fix the issue. If someone who was having trouble with the room could retry it now that would be great :)

We cannot pick up the blue book. No access from either side.
edit: we reloaded the level and could pick it up immediately

My wife got stuck in the front door. LOL
Because you can't close it, I couldn't rescue her. We had to start over.

same here - except I am not so patient, moving on....
