I also had all of the items missing/scattered around. Bummer because this room was absolutely adorable and probably would have been a fave. Any possibility this issue could be fixed?

Extremely frustrating as none of the items were in the right place - I spent a long time looking in all the cabinets and eventually gave up and watched the online playthrough, only to find out there are missing items in my game (e.g. the plates, forks, candles), boxes opening with nothing inside, random coloured keys lying in the snow

Even quit and reloaded a 3rd time and same problem. Oh, solved the box outside combo lock and it is empty also.

Ya, same as others can't play all the way. I noticed something weird first time loaded game. Lot of stuff laying all over. Then when couldn't find the lighter, but kept playing. Solved the santa cookie maze quickly, the drawer opens but nothing in it. Noticed some stuff on floor, later guess it might have fallen thru drawer. Then decided to restart the game, but that didn't help either. Same mess as before. Then noticed outside, by the kitchen where couldn't go cause the fence was a lot of stuff. I earlier figured could get it from back door,... so ignored or figured didn't need cause everything was a mess. Nope that stuff had fallen thru the kitchen to outside. Same with other side. Just like when put the star on the tree, the box opens but is empty, found the key behind it. So can't play even if could work around the items falling thru drawers,... cause some falls thru outside where can't get to it.

If can't fix maybe put a back door in so can get to them.

Really cute room! I also had problems as similar people before: empty drawers that should have stuff, like under the maze, etc. Everything was a mess too when I started. Chairs and stools knocked over, items all over the floor or behind furniture, keys found in random places, including out in the snow. I restarted the game as you mentioned before and then everything was neat and in it's place and I could do everything.Thanks!

Absolutely incredible room! Think this was our favorite Christmas room so far. For those stuck: I recommend being the Grinch, stealing all the interactive items, and throwing them in the trash (just be careful with keys).

We experienced zero bugs. All of the hot spots seemed very intuitive and rewarding. The puzzle solutions were all very intuitive. We did get stuck a few times on the following: We couldn't find the front-door key and walkthroughed. We had difficulties with the red book and walkthroughed. We had no idea where to start with the 5-digit lock, but the solution was easy once we understood that note applied to that puzzle (but we did rely on walk through). I couldn't find the hotspot for Santa's cookies, but duo partner was able to without walkthrough. Overall, very well designed!

I loved this one so much. Really should have placed high imo. Hope to see more rooms from you!

I wanted to like this so much but I can only get so far because so many items are missing. I had the same experience as in the comments below. And I tried deleting, redownloading, etc...

Same for me as M1ka 0Sh1 - most items outside spread on the ground, no lighter, some items "behind" the kitchen counter (as the hint sheet) and only to be found because of the mouse-over highlighting. Also no different behavior when reloading the game and try new.

I am also having a lot of bugs. Half the items are spread everywhere including in the walls and things are missing (like the lighter) so I cant complete the game.

@sneaky tiger 21 - I'm sorry :( .. this is happening to a small percentage of people and I'm trying to work on a fix. I haven't been able to recreate the issue though so if someone could record this happening and send it to me it would be very helpful! I know a few people were able to get the items to load correctly by reloading the room/game.

Hey can't compete the game. Items are missing such as the lighter, spices,... Also why is the drawer empty after the maze puzzle? We tried to play it twice and both times these problems occured

Great room! I love the whole concept, and it reminded me of It Takes Two when you go inside the snow globe. My favorite part is building the snowman. Although we found out you can clip through the box to get that key.

Wonderful level! Loved it so much! Great puzzles and level design, and the atmosphere was just wonderful. Would love to see more from you! <3
