It'd be impractical to list every species that resists a given hazard, BUT I can list the thresholds. These are subject to change at any time, but any character that meets the following thresholds will have the listed resistances.

Fire:
-10%: Mild heat (Starburst)
-50%: Vanilla heat, burning
-80%: Lava

Poison:
-15%: Mild poison/radiation (Starburst), vanilla slime
-30%: Erchius Radiation (Aetherium Engine)
-50%: Vanilla radiation, deadly poison (Starburst), vanilla poisoned status

Ice:
-20%: Mild cold (Starburst)
-30%: Ice status
-40%: Vanilla cold

Electric:
-15%: Mild static (Starburst)
-30%: Deadly static (Starburst)
