Big Boss Battle Hang-up - 2nd time, now =(
During the Boss Battle "A Conflict of Visions - Confront what awaits you", during one of the Jade Scar Assassin turns , there is an Opp Attack against him with the Duskfall Omen blade that hits, his makes his save, the 10hp damage is applied, then my char. says "Take that!", and the Assassin never completes the rest of his turn.

Running UFB 1.5.97.14 with no prior hangups.

Suggestions??

It appears that the Assassin cast Ray of Enfeeblement and failed, then ran. In the linked image, the assassin is concentrating on the RoE spell even though he missed, Weird bug...is this an UFB issue?

I'd try a rollback on UB. Looks like someone else reported an issue involving enemies doing a check on their concentration and that causing instability. Should be a rollback button in the Unfinished Business ui (near the update button) to go back to the previous patch.
