ill just add some padding to the masks, not the biggest issue
no T1, they are unlocked with explosives tech and upgraded with combustibles.
there is an issue i know where the aerial mine pirate monster nest uses T1 mines rather than T2 mines, but from what i can see theres no way to force a monster nest to have a specific tech; even if you give it a charge with that tech/bonus.
torpedo spar is supposed to be T1 as well, same tech as T1 aerial mines
