I was worried sea/merfolk specific backstories wouldn't mix well since normal pawn could also be randomly assigned such so I didn't add any.
Maybe I'll try to come with some idea that are ambiguous enough that could apply to both merfolk and normal pawn (pearl hunter, coast guard etc.) but it will take time. At the same time you could use some medieval backstory/ Roo's race mod as they usually have some fantasy backstory that fit a merfolk's origin.
I see, that does sound like a good idea. Ill check out those mods.
The VE race mod archons appear to have unique backstories to them but maybe thats because they have their own ideology culture. maybe you can do something similar for the merren for them to have unique backstories only for them. The merren already seem to have unique names.
