Are there any way to modify the chances of walls being instantly destroyed, the timeframe for rubbles to be restored and the health multiplier for the walls?
Short of making a patch for the mod. There are currently no mod options to tweak these values.

yeah i also want some sliders because otherwise stronger explosions from more expensive warheads like antigrain feels way sloppier to use against all sortsa walls, even wood

+1 on this being a decent feature request.

And there is definitely some value in investigating damage carry-over or some way to wipe out weak walls with very strong explosions
