oh fair enough, i assumed it works as repair source when vehicles are garaged and service vehicle when broken vehicles are nearby.
it does not, the moment you garage service vehicle, be it service van from laws of war DLC, it counts as repair source and will automatically repair anything inside the garage, when placed nearby broken vehicle you can repair their broken modules/parts individually using ACE menu, when no service vehicle is present nearby, your repair options using ACE will be limited and you wont be able to repair them to full health.
That's correct. You will need garage vehicles that are sources before the antistasi repair/refuel/rearm to work. Otherwise, you will have to invest on that 10k one for repairs. Repair vics tend to be quite a hard find sometimes.
Blow up a radio tower and wait for them to try fixing it.
