Entrance won't appear
I have all the companion mods it asks for, as well as it above the more slugcats expansion in my mod list, yet the entrance still won't appear.

lol had this problem too, check the place with the first shelter.

i played as rivulet and found an entrance to this region, at the deep bottom left of submerged superstructure. hope this helps!

Do you know where specifically? I searched most of the submerged superstructure and still can't find it.

The entrance from Submerged Superstructure is to the bottom left of the map (the entrance was moved from Garbage Wastes, although this isn't stated anywhere). If it's still not appearing or otherwise breaking I recommend enabling MergeFix.

i can't find the entrance through submerged superstructure, sump tunnels, or garbage waste

can I still enter through garbage wastes if I have downpour?

This worked fine for me until the latest uodate, but now the entrance won't appear anymore :[
