They are separate regions, they do have the same name in the warp menu though, this is the same with any other mods that are in the DLC

I can't find the entrance from sump tunnel. There used to be a pipe that below a shelter that took you to the gate but now there's nothing. Is it not compatible anymore with the watcher?

Honkiewithaboomstick only at MOST a quarter of the watcher is made of community mods (that agreed to be put into the game by the way) and most of the community content for the watcher is aether ridge anyway

Just to put this out there, the Watcher DLC is not finished yet. There will be a huge update later down the line. I hate it that ppl are criticizing an unfinished DLC. Also I agree with the comment below me

I hate how the people in the comments are either defending the Watcher campaign pointing "but but what about our uniqueness?? there's no other scug that literally warps through time and breaks nearly every single mod because he's so special" or attacking it calling it unoriginal because a lot of the regions are just cut up community regions.

To be honest I don't mind the different versions, but I'm going to play the pre-Watcher versions (of Coral Caves + Stormy Coast) because I miss their ecosystems, I miss karma gates, and I miss the poliwogs.

@Madisaurus atleast Downpour was overall an improvement to the original MSC expansion and included alot of new content that made it worth it

The Watcher is 3$ more than DP and is objectively just a worse version of several community regions and a worse way to experience regions like Aether Ridge and Coral Caves.

I can't seem to find the arena unlockables; I need justice for pollywog. I was looking for them and only found the safari unlockable went to modded wiki and I went to the area it shows the coral caves arena and it's not there, does someone know where they are or if they exist at all?

I found it hilarious that what happened in The Watcher is just like a reversed version of the Elden Ring Garden of Eyes mod. The guy who made that mod took tons of assets from the game company's works, including DarkSouls series and Sekiro, and asked for money to play the mod. To made himself "clean", he said "Everything is changed and I had made it something different. "

Taking all these stuffs from their fans, making it looks like something "Official" and "Original", then selling it back to the fans. WHAT A KARMA LOOP!

also downpour has tons of community made content and yet no one talks about that? challenges? slugpups? everyone just ignores that now?

but every creature (except basilisk lizards) every mechanic, most regions, are made by videocult, when was there a mod that allowed you to warp through time and space to help a child die?

also i dont think lots of you have went through much of the watcher yet, about 70% of the content is made by videocult, theres only a few regions that are community made

There are tons of mods that add new slugcats (including ones that can go invisible), custom music, custom campaigns, even custom AI critters. Not sure about the warping. Stop sucking up to VC and maybe browse the Workshop before making such an ignorant comment.

I wasn't aware there were mods that added the warping mechanics, a slugcat with invisibility, such amazing custom music, and a custom campaign where you follow an echo throughout other worlds and times. Such a shame videocult didn't add a single thing themselves, like any of the things mentioned...

Or perhaps people don't know a good game when they play it, that is also an option.

Watcher is just a giant nothingburger of ripped-off mods. The only impressive part of that "DLC" is that they somehow managed to take content that was already made for them and make it suck.

i wish watcher used bleached grotto though cause that's actually really fun and the frozen leviathan looks awesome, compared to the default worldstate of RF where the big water rooms just feel like shoreline 2

i was never a big fan of coral caves, but it's a bit nicer in watcher since it doesn't lock you in turbulent pump for 27 years (you can just leave as watcher lol) and you're incentivized to actually explore the region in watcher's campaign instead of just going straight to hanging gardens

God this is so much better than the watcher version, the pearl, the echo, and even the way the region is designed all work together to tell a beautiful story about regret, and eventually coming to terms with one's mistakes. Watcher threw that all away and replaced it with... nothing. Just another pretty background.

I really hope this gets updated... I much prefer having the whole region together rather than split up like in watcher!

Does this work in watcher (also why does everyone hate watchers coral caves is it because they cut it in half? it is still fun and anyways this mod is still better with saints worldstate and all that)
