Played it through now. Some feedback here.

First of all, I was truly expecting some serious trolling and something *really* minimum value. The trolling here is that this is the best mod for this game that I've played, and definitely a great mod overall.

Great buildup! Although I think the locker in the beginning with the code on that little box was annoying. I had no clue what that was supposed to be.

Saferoom isn't safe, and that's great!

Generator having a hiccup and power went out, despite it having fuel. Absolutely great! Is it scripted to happen when you go into the storage or was that just for me? Great regardless. Something I wished the original game had at harder difficulties.

You've added a lot of great details, even if it's clearly not besting Frictional's own work. I'm pleasantly surprised at how detailed everything is. Both in terms of visuals, but also how big your map is. And, as others have commented, it's great that you don't have to do any in-game loading.

Visually, this was a feast for my eyes. Like the red light just before you're about to try to get into the safe room. Great stuff! Same with where you find the emergency wheel. Looks really pretty!

Some nitpicking is that some doors or gates should clearly have sound effects. Such as when I was in the prison or arsenal. Opening things there were sometimes soundless.

Also, I really think that even if it's great that you can subvert expectations by having dead-ends, I think it may be worth considering removing them. Such as having rats outside of communications, and having a key for it, but it's a complete dead-end with no use. Same goes for a tunnel by the arsenal/munition. It'll just frustrate the player and you can't juke the beast.

At the end, I was irritated at that whole bridge kind of thing. How would I go about lowering it? I tried shooting it and throwing bricks at both the chain and the bridge itself. The bolt cutters didn't give any indication of working. In the end I just sprinted toward it and somehow got propopelled into the air and landed on the other side. It's not possible that that's what you intended?

I can't overstate that I'm thoroughly impressed, and I'm keen for what you'll produce next.

That's really odd about the bridge chain, when I was testing it both shooting and the bricks worked in breaking it - It must have had some weird collision box moment? But yes you were right in how to break it.
With communications, it's that the notes in there are supposed to tell someone who didn't think of it to hop through the storage window, and I just thought of adding rats as an extra incentive to go find the lighter.
The sound effects on the doors I agree, the sliding doors SHOULD have sound effects, but as standard they don't, I guess in the main game they didn't bother since in the prison they ended up being static doors.
And with that hallway I definitely shot myself in the foot - I just wanted to add more use to the cutters, but then put the chain on the wrong side from where you get the cutters, practically just making it that dead end for the entire game unless you wanted to waste time opening it for no reason,
