I have had a few instances wherein I would send a caravan with the "Toad" vehicle to a tile with an event on it. Take the "Persona Core" offer tile. I sent in the toad with a colonist to obtain the persona core only for it to tell me it arrived at the destination and poof everything I sent to that tile is gone. Are they any conflicts with these that make it so that the vehicle caravan I send out completely gets erased as if they never existed in the colony?
