Vehicle caravan won't leave settlement
I'm use the highwayman APC vehicle, and when everybody gets in the vehicle, it still says "still preparing to leave" or "preparing to leave", But they wont move they just sit in the vehicle, i have full fuel. another think is when i go to choose the route it says "form caravan" not sure if it just switched back to forming a normal caravan, or if it's suppose to say that.

Thanks for any advice, because this is not making sense.

I'm also wondering, i have the same problem, and im kinda annoyed, for me it's saying "forming caravan: standing" but won't leave even though there all in the vehicle

Mine wont too, reloading it should fix it, huge proble though if I arrive at my base as it prompts that I am unable to drive towards my base

Is ur base located in a specific biome?

I'm having a similar issue with the Trawler.

I've loaded it up with what and who I want, selected the trawler to form the caravan, set the route. But it won't leave my settlement because the pawns can't walk across deep ocean water to exit the map. Apparently they would rather try to walk over the ocean than ride in the boat.

Having the same issue now. Went to a ruin map, found the supercar, tanker, and t3 apc ... spent ages building and defending them all. Then when they are ready to leave... they cannot leave. There is no "reform vehicle caravan" button. There is however that button on my settlement, so it does work ... in some places.

I have that too. I think it was because of the type of vehicle is not able to traverse complicated terrain. I think supercars can only leave and go onto a street tile.
Did you try all terrain buggy or tank ?
