@rogerhwbaxter I have created a separate quest path for you so that you can get back on track with the main quest. This assumes that you have completed the Valley of Death Map and rested afterwards, with the quest telling you to "Sneak up to the Second Redoubt". What you need to do now is enter/re-enter King Patroclus's Throne Room and talk to the King. This should allow you to complete the Valley of Death Quest and continue with the game. You will however have lost out on some rewards and the discussions about Lord Granal's incompetence.
